REYDER GR

REYDER GR is a gum rosin resin obtained from Elliottii pine, with low crystallization tendency and very light color. Its excellent compatibility and stability make it ideal for cosmetic, adhesive, and industrial applications requiring high purity and performance.

🧪 Key Properties:

  • Appearance: Translucent
  • Softening point (R&B): 70–80 °C
  • Color (Gardner, 50% ethanol): Max. 7
  • Acidity: 160–170 mg KOH/g
  • Crystallization test: Max. 5 mm in 24 h
  • Ash content: Max. 0.01%
  • Saponification index: 170–175

🔧 Recommended Applications:

  • Wax for hair removal
  • Hot-melt and water-based adhesives
  • Paper glues
  • Rubber compounds
  • Road marking paints

📦 Packaging:

25 kg raffia or kraft bags, 250 kg drums, and bulk molten rosin

📅 Shelf Life:

Up to 24 months (sealed original packaging and proper storage)
